Velvet Text Alerts

Velvet Text Alerts are presale codes, on-sale reminders and show announcements for the artists you sign up for or follow. Velvet is run by Capacity Entertainment LLC. Every text comes from one Velvet number and starts with “Velvet:”.

How to sign up

On a Velvet presale signup page. Enter your mobile number and tick the box. It is never ticked for you, and you can sign up for a presale without it. The box looks like this:

By text. Text an artist’s keyword to (585) 228-8588. We reply once to confirm, with the same details as the box above.

What to expect

• Message frequency varies with the artists you follow and their tour schedules.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Signing up for texts is not a condition of buying anything.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Help and stopping texts

• Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from Velvet. We send one text to confirm, then no more unless you sign up again.
• Reply HELP for help, or email hello@velvet.live.
